REVIEW: MUMBAI CITY FC V/S EAST BENGAL

Introduction

Mumbai City FC has been one of the most successful clubs in the Indian super league this season with over 9 wins. They are currently at the top of the table and faced the mighty Bangla brigade on Friday. Most games are easy to win for manager Sergio Lobera who switched colors from Goa to Mumbai earlier this season. East Bengal were underdogs going into the game. After a poor start, they wanted to try and win any remaining games to be in the top 5.

CONCLUSION

Mumbai City FC won the match 1-0 but they won’t be happy with the match that they played. There were many mistakes and Bipin Singh’s passing was poor. They will surely work even on the slightest errors that they have made. East Bengal will be happy with the match that they have played but will have to work on how to convert those missed chances to goals. These changes and conversion could help them win upcoming matches and rise to the top of the table.
