Why should you watch this?

Real Madrid is on the top of the table with a narrow margin of just a point behind Sociedad. A great display of football by Carlo Ancelotti has helped them achieve this feature. Sevilla, on the other hand, has different tactics but is very flexible with adaptive play styles. They are on the 3rd spot, just 2 points behind today’s hosts. Both have one game in hand than the rest, this is going to be a match of who has more advantage. Real Madrid hasn’t lost a match at home vs Sevilla since December 2008, where Sevilla defeated Real Madrid 3-4. Sevilla has lost just one of their last seven away games in La Liga this season, which Granada won 1-0. Ancelotti has won 5 of his 6 games against Sevilla, one with Milan and 5 with Los Blancos.

Real Madrid

Real Madrid is doing well so far, both from the inside and the outside. The Dugout seems pretty happy now as Alaba, Fede Valverde, and Eden Hazard trained with their teammates. On the pitch, they have a very prolific rotation style to be in. Ferland Mendy participating in the attack, Vinicius and Asensio helping in interceptions and recoveries, it is all been shown. Ancelotti might switch tactics, but we cannot predict anything here. Gareth Bale is the only injured player in the dugout as Ceballos is training too.

Returning from a knee injury, Fede is about to make his return after El Clasico. He has an ability to make run on clean areas and likes to be on the ball whenever needed. He can make plays whenever needed and passes the ball with accuracy.

Karim Benzema

The man with the most goals this season has more involvement within goals for his side. His Rotations on the front and his catching defense off-guard have helped Real Madrid a lot. He is their most Keyman this season.

Sevilla

A well-set team under Julen Loptegui, who is about to face his former club, might have some concerns. Sevilla has injury concerns, including En-Nesyri, Suso, and Lamela. Rafa Mir will still play the game who has more on target in this team. Lopetegui has lost against Real Madrid thrice, with a draw in hand in 4 games. His good record in away games this season might help with a fact that this team is ready.

Rafa Mir

The best striker for Sevilla is on board with an injury doubt on him. His finishing is precise, his eyes on the ball are accurate and he is sharp with positioning. Definitely the MVP for Sevilla for this game.
